Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to VyaparNext software, cloud sync, hosted stores, APIs, and support channels. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted use

Use VyaparNext to run a legitimate retail or wholesale business: billing, inventory, purchases, staff logins, reports, and optional online sales. You must comply with Indian tax, consumer, and sector laws that apply to your shop.

Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Use the service for fraud, money laundering, or sale of illegal goods or services.
  • Upload malware, probe our systems, or attempt unauthorised access to other accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the software except as we expressly allow.
  • Overload infrastructure (spam, abusive API calls, or automated scraping of our apps).
  • Misrepresent your identity, GSTIN, or business when registering or invoicing customers.
  • Use VyaparNext to issue invoices that falsely claim GST e-invoicing, HSN splits, or government filing we do not provide.
  • Harass our staff or other users via support channels.

Content and customer data

You are responsible for customer phone numbers, marketing messages, and WhatsApp or SMS you send using your own accounts or integrations. Obtain consent required under TRAI / DLT rules before promotional messaging.

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate access if you breach this AUP or create legal or security risk. Serious breaches may be reported to authorities. Suspension for cause does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
