Who we are

VyaparNext is sold by Smart Byte Labs in Surat. We benefit when you choose VyaparNext — we say so on every comparison page. Competitor names and fees are included to help you decide, not as independent reviews.

VyaparNext plan prices

Live VyaparNext fees are listed on pricing and in INR before 18% GST. Plan fees on this site were last checked in October 2026. If a page shows an older date, trust the pricing page for checkout.

Competitor and marketplace prices

Third-party POS, Shopify, and marketplace fees change often. We re-check public pricing pages before major updates. Calculator defaults in the cost calculator are estimates — confirm fees with each vendor before you buy.

We do not claim VyaparNext is cheaper than Shopify. We position VyaparNext for shops with a physical counter and garment-style stock.

Tax and billing wording

VyaparNext prints a tax invoice at one tax rate for your shop. We do not describe the product as GST billing software, GST compliance software, or a GST return filing tool. Confirm rates and filings with your chartered accountant.

We say shops can record UPI payments (Google Pay / PhonePe) as payment methods — not that VyaparNext provides a bank UPI integration.

Features we will not claim until confirmed

Loyalty programs, multi-store stock transfers, Tally, Shopify, and Razorpay integrations are not described as live unless a product page and release note say so. Roadmap items stay off marketing feature lists until they ship.

Local city pages

Pages such as POS in Ahmedabad describe how we serve clothing shops in that city from our Surat HQ. They do not list a second office address outside Surat.
