What the free billing software includes
Products and variants, CSV import, barcodes, purchases, hold and resume, one tax rate, discounts, cash, Google Pay and PhonePe recorded on the bill, returns, receipts, and reports. Stock goes up with a purchase and down with a sale. The bill is a tax invoice with the shop name, the items, and the total. It does not file a GST return.
One counter can stay on POS Lite. Cloud Sync is ₹299 a month when a second device should see the same bills, up to three devices, about every hour, with seven daily snapshots in India time. Connected POS is ₹10,000 setup and ₹600 a month when the shop wants a hosted backend. Commerce is ₹35,000 setup and ₹1,800 a month when the website should sell the same stock.
